Buffalo Wild Wings - Tomball

The food and drinks were fantastic, but we waited 20 minutes for our server to welcome us. It seemed like he may have forgotten about us because two other tables arrived and ordered after us, yet we had to wait about 45 minutes for our food.

We had a disappointing experience at BW3 in Tomball. The food was cold and the service was very slow. Our large party of 14 arrived at 6:30 and didn't leave until almost 9:30 - it took too long even for a big group. Despite this, we wanted to give them a chance as we were celebrating our children's birthdays.

I really like the Buffalo Wild Wings in Tomball a lot. The waitresses are very patient with customers, especially Glenda who was serving us at the location on I-45 and Richey Road.

We went there tonight and watched three tables that sat down after us get helped. One of the tables was right next to us and still no one came over and helped us at our table. Yes, we sat in the bar area which is open seating but it was very clear we had no napkins or drinks, so we hadn’t been helped yet.

I ordered 20 traditional wings with 3 sides of carrot with celery. The flavor of the wings was okay, but the wings were very dry. The celery and carrots were nasty. How can they mess that up you might ask? Well they prepare little baggies days in advance apparently, my celery is a slimy goo on each ends. I would not recommend BWW to anyone. There’s plenty of other wing places that are managed better.
