Burned bread and employees that dont careI ordered delivery from here for the first time and got a Ham on sliced wheat sandwich that was not edible due to the bread being badly burned. I had to drive to the store to try and get a replacement and I was told that they could make a new one but it would be the same because the manager had burned all the sliced bread. When I asked them why they sent out a sandwich that they knew was burned they simply shrugged and said Sorry, do you want another one or not? . They made no attempt to do anything to excuse their behavior or even make up for it. If you decide to order from here, inspect your food before you accept it, they really just dont care. Dont believe me, read the rest of the reviews for this location.

First then me trying Jimmy John's. It was ok. My friend Juliano told me it was a great sandwich shop. It was ok. I got the Italian club, I should have gotten something else, but it was ok.

Friendly staff, and very clean establishment. Sandwiches were great, freshly baked bread, and fresh ingredients. I'll be back.

I pulled up to the 2920 Tomball location 8:21pm Saturday to get some subs to go, but the guy turned out the lights as I started to get out of my car. There was a girl inside also and she had her purse on her arm, ready to leave. Trust me they lost my business from now on and I will tell everyone I know…
