Little Caesars Pizza - Tomball

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. I am leaving a one-star review because I am annoyed that every time I come here expecting something hot and ready, they never have anything ready. This has been the case for the past three weeks. When I tried to express my frustration to the manager, she rudely dismissed me and hung up. I will be taking my business to Domino's from now on, as at least their pizzas are consistently hot and ready. This restaurant could learn a thing or two from them about customer service and delivering on their promises.

I love visiting this small Caesars-Bcuz, where they make their pizza and soups fresh and delicious. The staff is also very friendly. This is my go-to pizza place even though I live 25 minutes away. There are usually short or no lines at all, and I can get fresh pizza in just 10 minutes. I never feel rushed because I know my food will be delivered to me hot, fresh, and delicious.

The service is quick and the pizza is always served hot. Most people would give this restaurant a five-star rating if they had the option to rate it.

Honestly, Little Caesars will always be hit or miss, I always recommend ordering something fresh, and waiting the extra 15-20 min for it. But when it's good it's very good, especially with their Buffalo ranch or cheesy jalapeño sauce, but there are days where it's very lackluster, yet for 5 dollars I wouldn't expect any more. That's the key to enjoying Little Caesars, go in expecting less, and who knows, maybe you'll get a very good pizza or what you were expecting. Either way, Little Caesars is still my go to for pizza due to there cheap prices and honestly fantastic sauces.

I’ve come to this location quite a few times. No matter what time of day, it’s insanely slow and I often see at least 1 or 2 employees standing around when they could be helping their co-workers. I’ll just order from another location from now one
