Whataburger - Tomball

We placed our order at the Drive-thru and had a bit of a wait, but they got our order right. The food tasted decent, and the fries were actually crispy, not soggy. They provided us with the condiments we requested after we paid for our order. From what we could see from outside, the restaurant appeared clean. This was our first time visiting this What-A-Burger location, but we might consider coming back in the future.

I see a lot of negative and positive comments, I will have to say I live very close this this whataburger and have never been disappointed yet! Customer service is usually pretty decent and food always comes out good! Personally haven't been inside but Iknow the drive through can get long sometimes! But definitely a nice place to stop for a quick meal!

When I called him out on his behavior, he became defensive, and I asked to speak to his manager. I made it clear that I didn’t want him handling my food at all and requested a higher manager's contact information. Unfortunately, AJ, the employee I spoke with, did not provide me with a manager's number and instead directed me to the store's number listed on my receipt. This situation isn't finished yet; I plan to make additional phone calls to address the unprofessional conduct of both AJ and Frankii with TWO II.

They somehow managed to charge my credit card twice and said it was not possible...so how did they hack my credit card???? Don't trust them anymore. Bad service after going there for 6 years! I should have realized when I had the same ticket number as thelady after me! How does that happen? Management wouldn't do anything about it...said to wait and see what my credit card billwas tomorrow and see if the bank fixed the problem said they did nothing wrong.

I had a quick drive-through experience at night, which is quite unusual for Whataburger. They confirmed our order at the window before handing us anything, ensuring everything was accurate. The food was tasty, and the fries were great!
