Aqua Blue Kitchen Cocktails

I celebrated my baby shower at this venue and the food was absolutely delicious—everyone couldn't stop talking about it! Oscar and Cathy were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. The waitstaff was excellent as well, even assisting with loading the gifts into the car. With Aqua Blu's outstanding staff and venue, combined with JC Events' decor, my baby shower was truly a dream come true!

Aqua Blu hosted a wonderful celebration of life for my family, and the service was exceptional. Both the waitstaff and chefs were fantastic. We enjoyed coffee and a dinner buffet, followed by dessert. The staff was incredibly attentive and on point, which made the event run seamlessly. I highly recommend it, especially for the bar area, which is a spacious and inviting section. Thank you, everyone!

The service was very good, but the food was hit or miss. The scallops with corn relish were outstanding. The linguine with clams had its highs and lows—the pasta was excellent, but the clams were overcooked. The red snapper was very overcooked, tough, and lacking in flavor. On the other hand, the rigatoni with vodka sauce was fantastic. Overall, I would recommend sticking to the pasta dishes. We were among the first diners that evening, so the kitchen wasn't busy. Prices were reasonable; we spent $250 for five meals plus a 20% tip.

Service very good. Our server was Ashley and she was attentive and checked back often. Food was good but not consistent. The scallops were perfectly cooked with a delicious corn relish. Clams and linguine was very good. Red snapper with crostini wasovercooked, tough and lacked flavor. Hamburger was cooked to order (well done). The pasta sides were excellent and the vodkasauce was also excellent. Prices was moderate. We paid $250 for five meals including tip.

Decided to leave this for our last night in Seaside, and we weren’t disappointed. Sophia was amazing. If you like spicy, you have to get the rock shrimp. But the corn/bacon/tomato salad was fantastic. I’ll be trying to make it at home, but it won’tbe anywhere close. We’ll definitely be back
