Panera Bread - Toms River

The restaurant was clean, and very well laid out. When we ordered our food with the cashier, she was texting on her phone and wasn't paying attention to the phone number we gave her for our member acct. We had to repeat it twice to her! We ordered 2 whole Tuna salad sandwiches on French Baguettes with lettuce and tomato. The Tuna salad was extremely salty! The baguette with the lettuce and tomato tasted great. I did contact Customer service after our visit to complain about the salty tuna salad. They will be looking into the problem. Hopefully they can do something about it.

They always enjoy the soups at Panera! This time, I had the squash soup, and last time, I tried ten different sweets. Both were delicious. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is patient and helpful. The food takes a while to be served, but when it arrives, it is warm and delicious.

I want to take a moment to share my experience. I ordered my daily smoothie, but there was a mix-up with my order. However, I have to say that Audrey, the amazing cashier, stepped in and resolved the issue quickly. She reassured me and said she would fix it without hesitation. I will definitely continue coming to this Panera Bread because not only did they help me correct my order, but their service was outstanding!

The waiting time for drive-thru and/or take-out is about 20-25 minutes in a drive-thru line is ridiculous. their automated system even recognized how long it was and sent a template email apology. after several events, no more, I will eat somewhere else.

We ordered two whole salads and added to everyone. the salate were about $14 each and with all the salat and the toppings filled only 1/4 of the bowl and forgot the additional toppings on the one salat (avocado at $2 extra.) we called to fix the situation, but they said we were coming (after we paid for delivery because we did not have a car, as we visit a bureau,) but they would not get a refund but for us. very poor service
