Feedback gevenWanted to get the special on the shrimps. There were no signs of saying it was. The waitress did not even mention that the shrimp was still on. Heard from someone on the menu there is a small box that let you know about the sale. I heard it was on TV. That's why I got the shrimps. The food was good, but I wanted the shrimp speciality. The waitress didn't get around much. She needed a little more to come. It should not hide more advertising for sale in all the restaurant on the menu just because people can abuse it. There are other people missing in the special area. Because they think it's over. I think it's not a good practice for a business. If they want to make money.
This was our first time in Red Lobster in over 10 years and everything was fantastic and we are so happy that we chose Toms River. We went to dinner on a Friday night and sat immediately and had the sweetest and friendly server, Candice, to help us. The menu has a lot of stuff on it, I went with the shrimp trio and my husband got two spits of Argentine red shrimp and one side of the bacon man cheese. All shrimps were seasoned well and one was better than the next. If I had to choose a favorite, I would probably go scampi with the garlic shrimps because I enjoy a garlic taste, but the Walt's favorite shrimps were also great because they were not fat at all; more of a light bread taste. We also had the Crab Rangoon appetizer that had a lot of taste and a savory diving sauce. I also tried the Sangria, which was delicious and very affordable for a special drink. The atmosphere was clean, modern and doesn't smell like fish at all. Our server was very attentive and also made great recommendations. My only complaint is that there was so much food that we ran out of the room for dessert!! I even told the server that we'll be back next time, get dessert first to make sure. Overall, everything was much better than I would have expected and I can't wait to go back. A big thank you to Candice and all the staff that makes such a great job!!
The food was great, I absolutely enjoyed the steak, lobster tail, broccoli. I appreciate excellent customer service and amazing food. The chocolate wave was the best part of my time there with my brother, father and stepmother to celebrate my birthday early. Great food, excellent customer service and such a beautiful waitress that served us this day.
This review is for our waiter Steven, whom we just went there and let me tell you. The best person we ever had always had drinks and time to think about what we wanted. Thank you : 10/10 He deserves an increase because this review is only for his services skills.
We went we tried to eat salmon was dry pictures don't do it justice ..we work hard for our money and for a good time and experience. The presentation on the plate was awful assembled by a 5 year old Our waitress came once left and disappeared. No suggestions manager made sure we didn't pay for it but that wasn't the case we would have enjoy a full meal not leaving hungry in 2 hours the portions on the plate was for a 10 year old we understand the situation and due to high cost but the quality of food wasnt the same fix it please best of luck I pray we all survive this ..we love Red Lobster and we hope our next visit is different.
