Starbucks in Ocean County Mall is sometimes hit or miss but this time drinks tasted big and young man at the counter knew immediately to sanitize mixer when I mention an allergy!!! Beverages were also excellent this time

A friend of mine in the store just sent me video, from the typical ice machines he had from fast food chains and I gagged! Order drinks without ice! Send me a Starbucks Ice Machine video that always loves to work on it, and it looked new! Including this situation!!!! Something to think! Thank you. Starbucks to recognize this is a problem of maintenance.... Your videos were immaculate! And worthy of note

You always make my drink right, and that one or two times that I went with a Starbucks home menu recipe, they were nice enough to do it for me. It really helps if you go with the details of the recipe instead of just going and asking because they don't always know what the secret menu items are.

Tom's River Starbucks always goes out of there way to make me happy. They all know my drink and one of the only Starbucks that keeps decaf iced coffee all year round! I took a pic of the staff the day the electric went off and they stayed in 90 degree heat until it came back on.
