Wendy's In T - ton Falls

The food was good but the drive thru window person was a bit rude I had a coupon on my phone thru the Wendy's app and he scanned it and it didn't work and he was like it didn't work but I can still swipe your card.... No one behind me and no hurry but basically I paid pull price and left because the employee clearly couldn't be bothered to put in even 1 percent effort .... Will think twice before going to this Wendy's again..... Been a few months they have new staff and the place is good now

I order a burger with no cheese I have allergy open the burger in front of the person the handle me the order and told I need a burger without cheese they took the burger and gave me stitcher burger when I got home to eat the burger it ha double cheese is Wendy place want to kill me after I told them no cheese the bread was old never again and I have picture to prove it

Just left , basically no one here so it’s been pretty chill. I like this Wendy’s and I love Wendy’s.

Horrible service, you ask for 1 thing and they give you another

Don’t take carry out orders if you’re going to lock your doors. Why are the doors locked at 8pm?!
