Buffalo Battleground - Tonawanda

When I say you don't judge a book on his cover... this place doesn't look like much from the outside, but if you go in his really beautiful place. You have an arcade that can use a little more games. We ordered some food and played some arcade games before laser day session. Everything we ordered was really good. There are no free refills for drinks you need to pay an additional dollar. We ordered our tickets online and signed the waiver before the time to avoid waiting. The laser tag here is 10 times better than Lasertron. We all had an explosion. It was also a good training sessions for 1 hour with about 5 to 10 minutes teaching time. After all, the drinks at the bar are not so bad. Cheaper than other places. Will return soon.

We had a bowling party for my grandson. The tracks didn't work, someone came and saw nothing. Nobody ever came with refills or even a knife to cut the cake. I never wanted to ask how it was. This is by far the worst place to have a party. The staff is terrible. We didn't get a private room for the cake after they told us when we booked, we would have a room for the cake. Other customers sat with us, so most of us had to stand, and other children were bowling for what we paid. I wouldn't even give them a star.

I've met some staff here for a few hours to hang around. The staff is friendly and inexpensive. You have an arcade, but if you have a large group (6 you should throw a reservation for Axt, Airsoft and Laser Day. Small groups can jump in. It is a good place to meet with friends or colleagues for a few hours.

For the first time with a group of friends. The airborne weapons were all broken. My self and my friends had to turn off our weapons several times and they turned the broken weapons back in order to also give people. We took Axt and made pizza come. They gave the wrong group the pizza and then the manager decided to give us a hard time when we complained. He finally gave us an extra pizza after we gave him a hard time. The staff were great with the exception of the manager who wrote us about our complaints. I would never decide to go back based on customer service and how expensive everything was. Definitely not worth the money. I'd rather spend it in a place that takes care of their equipment and customers.

We had a great afternoon at the Battleground! First, we needed a light lunch so we headed to the bar/restaurant area. My son got a taco, chips and salsa and the other three of us shared an order of nachos that was huge! Prices were very reasonable and lots of drink choices at the bar. I love that you can take your drink to the arcade, as well! My husband and son had reservations for airsoft so my daughter and I hung out at the arcade. He had never played in an airsoft arena setting and had a great first experience, including rental gear. My daughter loved the arcade, though we were running out of things to play after about an hour. Her favorite games were mini bowling, air hockey, and space invaders. I would recommend this place for anyone probably 6 and up -younger kiddos just wouldn't have much to do. Everyone in my family enjoyed their time here!
