Coffee is always great, but behind, but customer service needs to improve. the customership should be made with a smile. Nobody likes to feel like we chased you out if we take our order and our money.

A very disappointing visit to this location of tim hortons this afternoon. through the drive thru a simple order drinking a medium ice cap caramel supreme. I passed the window, the order told the hired that this was not a whipped cream or any caramel. she got another man who told her something we couldn't hear. this employee asks us what was wrong. said the second hired that this was a simple ice cap, which we ordered with caramel an ice lid. they looked funny to us that we had to tell her that it wasn't what we got, there was no plucked cream and no caramel on this drink. Do the employees not know what's going on in the different drinks? is it too difficult to understand? to destroy all these nonsense, there were 4 workers who were visible to us from the drive disc to talk around and giggling. the people work here for $15 per hour. they should be better trained to do their job efficiently and make the order right. when the drink came back, the original hired therefore did not apologize for the 2 stars.

So gross. A Buffalo disgrace! I had a cheese panini, apple fritter and iced mocha. Cheese in panini had to be fake American orange-colored hardened oil. Fritter will almost give you diabetes with one oily sugar bite! McDonald's iced mocca is much better for or money! 1st time ever to this Buffalo institution, last time ever too. Not into gross institution food that adds pimples, diabetes, hardened arteries, fat etc to my body. Love yourselves more, demand Hortons use better, healthier ingredients. Have them buy better coffee beans too!
