River Grill - Tonawanda Town CDP

This is a wonderful restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere and incredible food. It's definitely the perfect spot for seafood lovers.

We were seated around 12:45, but it took 15 minutes for anyone to come over and take our drink orders. We had to ask for a waitress. Danielle eventually switched our table in the system, but the slow service was disappointing.

We waited for 30 minutes before deciding to leave. Not a single staff member came over to acknowledge that we were seated. We didn’t receive any drinks or anything at all! Additionally, the presence of sand flies made the experience even worse.

The best waterhouse in Western New York! The food is outstanding, and the entertainment is fantastic, particularly on polka night. I always make a point to visit when they're open. The staff is polite and professional, which adds to the overall experience. I highly recommend the River Grill—be sure to try one of their fish dishes!

I celebrated my 60th birthday here yesterday with a party of 15, and everything was perfect! The staff, the food, the drinks, and the band all exceeded our expectations. Thank you, everyone! We especially loved the River Bucket shellfish and the captains’ platter.
