Mcdonald's - Tonbridge and Malling

Genuinely the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. If you get your food within 30 mins of ordering then you have done well, I have previously had to wait over an hour. When you are in the restaurant the queues are massive because of the slow service and the tables, floor and toilet are not cleaned. Don't even try to go through the drive through where you will never get your food at the window but will be sent to wait in the car park, kind of defeats the object of a drive through service. They will continue taking orders even when the car park is full and send you to wait in the disabled bays or the drive way. Would honestly prefer to drive the distance to the next closest one which is around 20 mins away.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I got. We ordered our food the first time it was missing a full meal and sides. I then ordered again and it was then missing a drink. No one let me know that the first meal wasn’t available after placing the order.

This branch of McDonald’s is always hectic and usually an experience that makes me not want to return to a Maccas until I forget the last visit. Today was a different experience due to a really wonderful staff member Owen. Owen helped me numerous times today and all with a smile. Thank you Owen

My recent visits to this establishment have left me utterly disappointed. The staff members I encountered were nervous and unfriendly, which immediately set a negative tone for my experience. It was clear that they were disinterested and unmotivated to assist customers, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. The worst part is how they handled issues. When I confronted them about problems I encountered during my visits, they were unapologetic and offered no solutions or compensations. Their lack of accountability and refusal to make things right only added to the frustration and dissatisfaction. Considering the consistently poor customer service I've experienced, I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this place. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and care for customers. I strongly advise others to save themselves the disappointment and look for alternatives that prioritize excellent service. This establishment is not worth your time or money.

Absolutely awful every time we have been never any milkshakes forget half your order after making you wait in the car park for nearly half an hour app doesn’t work customer service shocking
