Thai Four Two - Tonbridge and Malling

I made a reservation over the phone since there was no website. The staff were friendly and promptly showed us to our table on a busy night. They recommended a Thai red wine that paired perfectly with our meal. The sharing starter was freshly cooked and delicious. The duck curry and beef in oyster sauce for our mains were also phenomenal. The service was excellent, with attentive staff and plenty of smiles all around. Overall, it was great value for money and the food was top notch.

Love this place and it never fails to please when we are in this part of the country. Over the years never had a bad meal, dish or word. The staff are pleasant and accommodating and the food is fresh, vibrant and extremely consistent. Good value and charming surroundings, will keep coming back.

The delicious food and friendly staff made for an excellent dining experience. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food. We enjoyed a sharing starter, a couple of main dishes, wine, beer, and included service, all for just under £80.

This restaurant experience was disappointing and not worthy of a star rating. We ordered starters and mains, including seabass, but upon arrival, the fish was full of bones despite being partially filleted. When we asked the server to return it, she rudely refused to take it off our bill and did not offer a menu swap or alternative dish. We had to request a clean fork to eat some remaining noodles, as we were not provided with a plate. This kind of service and food quality ruined our special occasion, as we have frequented this restaurant for many years for birthday celebrations.
