Arby's - Toomsuba

Cashier that took the order was quiet and did not greet or seem like he was happy. No problem didn’t need him to really talk, he took my order and he said thank you gave me my cups. Then I got the drinks made waited for my orders. Not friendly at all didn’t even look up once. At the time I made my order I was the only person there. I got my order and asked for sauces she gave me 2 packets for an order of 4 combos. I politely asked for more sauces and some mayo and ketchup. Again she gave me 4 packets of ketchup and 2 packets of mayo. I said thank you but this is not enough ketchup for 4 large combos. She still was unpleasant. I smiled and said thank you for your service and smiled but she wouldn’t know that cause again she never looked up. When I open our food I got the broth with the roast beef sandwich and the broth was cold. I am pissed because we are traveling and have had Arby’s for our trip and it was always good with good service but not at this place. I’m so aggravated and hungry.

I frequent Arby’s on a regular basis. Would not eat here again. The employees were not friendly. Food was lack luster as well. Could’ve just been a bad day. I love Arby’s!

Arby 's used to be a favorite of mine and my family 's, but not anymore. They 've started cutting corners to save money, including their large drinks are actually just mediums.Their intercom breaks sometimes, they close drive through sometimes, and they almost always ask me to pull forward past the window so it doesn 't affect their time quota when I have to wait a moment. However, they 're usually pretty fast and accurate with my order, and there are a few employees who are good at customer service.

Asked for fresh tender sand which and upon opening it it was as if my sandwhich was squished and bread tough like it was microwaved. I dislike liars especially working management and careless workers. Waste of money

Absolutely disgusting! Sloppy food! I asked for sandwish to be toasted. Went back up there to ask for it to be toasted the manager takes it puts it in the microwave and handed it back. I throw it in the trash at this point it was soggy. Who microwaves a sandwich?
