Fantastic place to stay in toowoomba. beautiful large rooms very clean and modern. all about this place is 5 stars. make sure they have breakfast and dinner in their restaurant, which is excellent. friendly staff and cheap prices for meals and rooms. we won't stay anywhere else when we come back. room: 5 service: 5 location: 5.

Worst hotel I've stayed at. Heater didn't work, was told they'd get batteries for remote so it'd work. Never happened! Was 1° and I shivered the night away. Ordered food through hotel and paid and it never arrived. Went and seen management in the morning to complain and barely got an apology. I travel for work and I've stayed at some dives but I've never been so uncomfortable as I was here. They did refund me for my meal though
