KFC - Toowoomba

This restaurant experience was awful. The hot and spicy chicken was drenched in mysterious herbs and spices, making it inedible. The manager was unhelpful and downright rude. It was a terrible dining experience.

Sold out from Stenner st TOOWOOMBA until the 6th day. The chicken was to dry and harder I ever had. You should look into the box before you leave the store. Come on, KFC, you can do better than get my order to the dog. (hidden) title not happy.

Visited KFC on the 2/2/22, ordered by the ride through, 1 x family festival and 2 x engravings. You will get home check the order 1 x large chips short. Phone them and they apologize profusely and offer to replace the meal. Status You have... a voucher by e-mail for a substitute meal, no voucher ever arrives. It really is not about a substitute meal, it is about the quality of the service and the frequency that this happens. It's a joint event. Come on, KFC pick up your act. Where is quality control. Yeah went out the window. In future, I will sit in the road and store all orders to check my order before I go. Sorry to other customers when I cause delays, but that's obvious what you need to do. I'm going to follow this in business.

We have either KFC or Pizza Hut. We buy the 9 pack and also Lge Fries, Coleslaw and Potato and Gravy. Since we have to drive 80 k's home, I like to have a taste on the way. However, they never...include cutlery or cloths and since there is usually a great queue the participants give you quickly before you ask for some.

I wanted to order takeaway for a relaxed night watching the State of Origin on 6/5/19. Unfortunately, the food was inedible as the pieces were tough and dry, as if they had been cooked days earlier and reheated multiple times. It ended up in the trash.
