This is my favorite pizza place in Los Angeles. It is absolutely delicious. The pizza is a little on the salty side, which I love, especially since I always get pepperoni toppings, which are naturally salty. We make the drive from Woodland Hills into the canyon at least once a week just for the pizza. We have tried other places, but none compare to Rocco's. Unfortunately, Rocco's is now closed, so I will have to start making my own pizza at home.
This hidden gem of a pizza restaurant located at the top of the Canyon is definitely worth a visit.
Rocco's is a local staple! And they let me bring in vegan cheese to put on my pizza ...I hope the rumor they're closing isn't true
Let me tell you about my experience. I just wanted something small and light, so I ordered a cup of soup and an Arnold Palmer. The Arnold Palmer tasted like the tea was fermented and when I let Abel know (my server) he went and complained about it to his co-workers in Spanish saying (I 'll translate), He should just order a beer then. They all laughed but I decided to ignore it. The soup came out to my table and it was disgusting. I literally took one sip with my spoon, and I was done. It was like drinking straight canola oil. Also, a woman came in who asked to use the restroom. When she came out, she kindly asked them if she could work for food. Abel told her no. When she left, he started laughing with his co-workers about it in Spanish. Super Disrespectful! I have never ever been so disappointed in an Italian restaurant like I am with this one.
