Domino's Pizza - Topeka

Not because of the load. this is okay. I give him a 2 star for nicoline and diming me, not the rewards deserved. I have spent 9 times this and have not received rewards because it is not exactly $10.

Adam, the General Manager is the only one that knows how to make a quality pizza. As for the rest of the crew, especially at night with Zachary or Aaron. They will tell you that delivery time is more than two hours to try and deter from ordering. Then when I do order, I magically receive the order in a reasonable amount of time, but I'll still get poorly made pizzas. People just don't want to work anymore, if you don't like your job, quit and go play video games. Spare Domino's customers the poor service and pizza quality.

I ordered from this Domino's often.My last order I order it off the coupon section the 2 large with the dip. When the deliver driver came and left I looked at it and was very disappointed. Now I have complained before but it was never this bad. So I called because both of my pizza were burnt and over cooked. I spoked with Zack I offered to send him a picture of it he said it's ok just credit you and I said ok. He said just tell us your number. So I did. Now today I call to get my credit of 2 pizza and I was told that there was a comment on my number that says.. NO MORE FREE PIZZA!.. I am like what?! Are you kidding me. First of all is not free and 2nd of all just give me my money back. My neither my children can eat this over cooked, greasy burnt on the ends pizza. I want my money back!! And I will not order from DOMINOES ON 29TH AND CALIFORNIA AGAIN!!!! YALL DO NOT TREAT US ALL EQUALLY.

This location always has an excuse to not take your order. Ex: it will be a 2 hour delivery time, we're super busy, my driver has to be back before we close is the funniest excuse. Hire people that want to work

This pizza place is a sweat my oldest daughter order a pizza with soda a cinnamon twist reels and they never send the twist reels and my daughter call again and the manager said that the cinnamon twist reels sit in the counter, so my daughter said to the manager that he make a new, but when my daughters get the cinnamon twist reels they get all the hard.
