Mcdonald's - Topeka

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. My order was completely wrong, and I specifically asked for a salad with my meal, but it was not included. When I called to address the issue, I was told that I either had to come back to the restaurant or accept it as is. I live 15 minutes away, and I didn't realize I needed to double-check my order before leaving.

The prices at the McDonald's in Topeka are significantly higher compared to locations outside the city, which I've experienced firsthand through my extensive travels. While I can still find senior coffee for 69 cents and dollar drinks at McDonald's in other states, that's not the case in Topeka. The prices here are excessively high. It seems they are trying to recoup costs from the recent renovation of the McDonald's at 29th and California, leading to higher prices for customers. The prices at the Topeka McDonald's are simply too steep and this shouldn't be the norm.

At this McDonald's, there’s something magical. During my visit last night, I experienced genuine service and kindness! I’m not sure of the names of the two employees working the windows around 9 o'clock, but they were outstanding! They provided not just customer service, but truly wonderful human interaction. Kudos to both of them, and thank you!

New building, same menu we all know and love, slowest worker on the morning at this side of the mississippi. If you want the breakfast and have 20 minutes to waste in the car ride thru, this place is for them. and if you are a morning worker and want to eat before the sun comes to work on the way. Slowest...McDonald's....ever

I was just at the McDonald at Topeka Boulevard. I used to get good service. I usually order their French Vanilla Ice Coffee. Lately whoever is making it, is making the taste bitter. I see a lot of young people working there and handling the food. I don't know if that's it. I really think it depends who is working that day. I try my best to give people the benefit of the doubt. This time I am just not very happy because prices is all going up now, I expect to get good drinks and food the way they advertise it!!!!!!!
