Subway - Topeka

I found the submarine sandwich and protein dish to be excellent! However, I am giving this restaurant a 1-star rating due to the rude staff I encountered on Saturday, May 14th at 1:30 PM. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 62 years. The employees were incredibly rude, and when I asked the girl who took my money if there was a manager on duty, she just smirked and said no. When I inquired about when the manager would be available, she told me it would be tomorrow. I will be calling to speak with the manager about this unacceptable behavior.

I ordered food online and when I picked it up, the girl forgot to include one of the sandwiches I ordered. She remade it, but both sandwiches were incorrect with various toppings that I didn't ask for when I got home.

Tonight, I ordered two sandwiches from Grubhub. My wife's sandwich was correct, but when I opened mine, I realized that some items were missing. Despite this, I decided to eat it, and ended up with a cold sandwich.

Why is her lobby still closed and why are you still closing around 14 o'clock? are they not aware that driving thru can never get the order right, so I like to make my sandwiches. this is the epitome of the terrible service and business?

I used to work at this location and honestly the staff they have there right now is doing a great job. Anytime I come here, my order is made correctly, the employees are polite, the veggies are fresh and everything tastes incredible. Subway corporate sucks, so they’re doing a great job especially under such a terrible company
