I can’t believe how bad this place is getting , lines of people who want the service and they can’t even get it. They ran out of ice cream, service is terrible. Phones are always down, hopefully corporate steps in , maybe get undercover boss in there for an extreme makeover!!!! Just take my money and get my kids some ice cream !! Worst Dairy Queen there is. Workers are rude. Don’t even keep their lobby open according to their own hours posted on the door.
