Feedback gevenThe last few times I've gotten lunch at this location, the customer service was on point. The person at the window was friendly and professional. The food is always good and still warm when I get back home a town away.
The people suck at their job, but the foods good they couldnt even get a baconator right and gave me the wrong thing... the girl at speaker had a monotone depressed voice and then the fries was hard as a rock like what on earth. i feel like they just dont care about there job and prob gave me left over food i hope they find new people
Gloves on every single employee handling food, No employee touching food with cross contaminated gloves, or clean hands... And a demeanor when talking to their crew, to keep a tone in which customers may not heat your every command to your crew! A little bit of care, and compassion..or plain ole pride in your job, while slapping together substandard meats and ingredients to feed the sometimes lazy, or pressed for time customers! Could any of you fast food franchises just once send out a meal how it looks on the commercial or in store menu please? Is that touch much to ask, if the industry workers are asking for 15 to 17 dollars an hour!!! Sincerely, EVERYONE
The food was good, but the soda machine in the lobby hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while. I took one sip after leaving and could taste a hint of mold. It was immediately dumped out.
Nothing worse than after spending 15 or so minutes in their drive thru and getting home and sit down to eat than to have half your order missing. After checking receipt the “new” order taker/cashier didn’t even enter the main thing I wanted. No way was going to drive back and wait again.
