Can not beat the lookout of caffe in this storehouse, prices ok for the type of event place. the skorn with jam and saw was warm light and tasty as the Danish pasty was. my wife enjoyed her tee if they like decent strong coffee. although this is not the place for them. my cappuccino was milky and weakly tasting I like to taste the coffee) shame, otherwise it would have been stars

With almost everything closed along the harbour, as it is januar and from the season was suggested I go to hoopers. on the top floor with magnificent harbour view must be some of the seats with a look like gold dust. it's a...common operation with a small selection on the display, including beautiful looking cheeses, I decided to have a cheese bevel quiche with salad all very nice with a beautiful tomat chutney. the opposite is dirty, they try to sell boilers, toaster, cute discounted white china as well as cards, serviettes and other items, and it makes the place look messy carpet in the front area is dirty and worn and love to detail required that the chef sends some nicely presented delicious food and to the greatest part the servier staff is pleasant

Was in the shopping and found their restaurant on the floor, which means that it has an excellent view over the marina. as it was in the morning, we decided to have b/f sandwich. probably one of the best speck sandwiches I had and the same for. the sausages of my wife. both on large fresh bread well cooked and filling and at a very favorable price. we were on the weekend, only a scandal that they are not open on Sunday and Monday!

Beautiful cream tee-friendly staff and excellent service, everything to place and place to keep customers safe. the personal was so good that the tables are clean.

Ordered the Welsh rarebit for a friend and myself. I had enjoyed this on previous occasions whilst visiting Torquay. How disappointing the single slice of bread had barely been toasted. The topping was totally tasteless and certainly didn't contain English mustard, Worcestershire or ale. It...was basically a slice of soggy bread with cheese on the accompanying salad and relish were miniscule. Quality and value both lacking and we will not be returning.
