Kfc - Torbay

The KFC in Torquay was an extremely disappointing experience. Every table was covered in crumbs and dried sauce, the toilets were in terrible condition with tissue and urine on the floor, and they were blocked and left unflushed. The smell was unbearable, and it was clear that the staff had not checked or cleaned them to the standards expected of a KFC restaurant. The staff themselves were immature, constantly nudging each other and flirting in front of customers instead of attending to their duties. Our food order was also incomplete when we took it back to our hotel. Overall, massive improvements are needed for a restaurant as renowned as KFC.

We arrived at this fast food restaurant on early Friday night the place was absolutely filthy litter everywhere table unclean and most of the very young staff just messing around I would certainly not recommend

Just been in the kfc torquay after 3 years thinking it might of improved. Wrong! Ordered a large popcorn chicken meal, this was all cold including the chicken and the fries. I also ordered some hot wings that was cold as well as looking.undercooked. the restaurant was a disgrace food on trays not emptied and staff just stood around laughing and joking then when my food was ready just had it launched on the counter without as much as a thank you, so I wasted £9.60 on nothing because I ate non of it. KFC WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOU? it use to be amazing tasty food with great service . Never ever again will.i ever set foot in a kfc.

After two years we decided to try Torquay KFC again after vowing never to return and I wish we hadn't bothered. Slow, curt, ignorant service. The five members of staff only seemed interested in entertaing themselves, rather than focusing on providing a good service to myself and the one other customer in store. The Sundaes were shockingly under portioned -very disappointing, very underhand and very decietful, theft comes to mind. The restaurant was sectioned off so not able to sit in. The chicken was very enjoyable although only one leg in an eight piece box, I enjoy the leg more and would have appreciated a more even mix between leg, breast and thigh. The skin on fries were nice and tasty and if they had been hot, I would have said the best fries Id eaten in a long time. Despite the main meal being enjoyable, I again vow never to return. I want to be valued as a customer and given the respect and service to match.

Went in with my grandson, food took ages to arrive, seem to favour Just Eat drivers over customers in restaurant. Bins were full, tables not cleaned. Member of staff on her day off, emptied bins and cleaned tables. Very disappointed.
