Croesy Fish And Chinese Takeaway

I ordered a takeaway on Saturday 11-06-22 and It was by far the worst Chinese takeaway ever . Please do yourselves a favour and don't use this one. Owner of this takeaway I have left this message not to be vindictive but to let you see me review and hopefully take note on my comment above.

To start, the home delivery we received was cold and the order was incorrect. After attempting to heat it up in the microwave and draining off excess grease, the food was inedible and ended up in the bin, along with burnt prawn crackers. Even my dog refused to eat it. I rarely spend £30 on takeout due to limited funds, but I expect the food to be edible. The chef needs to improve their cooking skills. I will never order from this restaurant again and hope to avoid getting sick. The establishment needs to be investigated.

Had from here food is gorgeous staff are polite and friendly. Sweet and sour chicken was awesome so we're the bbq spare ribs loads to value for money will be using again

The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic and the customer service is great. I have been here a few times and the food is always of a high standard. The owner and staff are very polite. This has become my new favorite place for Chinese takeout. Thank you all for doing such a great job.

Ordered on the phone. Pleasant lady took order and repeated back. Nice driver turned up 30 minutes later. Dishing out the food we were gutted that they hadn't sent the prawn crackers which we had been charged for. Driver returned 20 minutes later with them apologising he had missed them. The food was delivered hot and we both enjoyed the beef chow mein, Singapore fried rice and curry sauce. A bit of improvement like others have suggested is needed on the chips and prawn crackers. These were unfortunately both over cooked for the chips and soft/crunch less for the prawn crackers. Key items but not right at the moment. Would not recommend today.
