Waited over an hr for breakfast and then a further 20mins for toast and attitude of staff was terrible
We ordered the liver and fish dishes at this restaurant. Despite having to wait a bit for our food, we appreciated that it was freshly cooked and not sitting on a hot plate. Both dishes were excellent. The staff was friendly and the seating area was clean.
Absolute total waste of money . Food ordered. Waiting 10 minutes for a hot drink, staff calling others to take drinks to tables as im only here to cut cake was one staff members excuse we overheard. Then waited half hour and seen our pies go in microwave for 2 minutes then left for a further 15 minutes. 35 minutes to wait for food that was only microwaved then hot heavy put on to obviously mask that it had gone cold. I would expect a wait if it was bust but a total of 4 people were in the cafe so more staff members than customers.. food tasted as if it was cooked days ago. Absolute waste of 30 pound..very substandard. Definitely won 't ever return..the attitude of staff we overheard of I only cute cake I only cool the chips crikey there is no I in team..if someone needs helps and your aren 't busy, then help. It may make business be more efficient
