Feedback geven‘Good morning, take Edenred ticket restaurant?’ Yes, I am immediately answered, ‘just say it before paying’ Having a ticket of 13€, I welcome myself to my quiet table by ordering a risotto, a water, and to get to the total, also a ginseng and two biscuits. Nothing to say about the quality of food, the problems are staff. I come to the cashier, and at the time of paying I am told ‘eh no, his are paper, we take the digital’, then I reply that it was enough to say at first, having also specified the type of ticket. And not only! A colleague points out that it is not the first time that happens, so why not immediately ask if paper or digital? But as if it wasn't enough, I get blamed, saying 'if we take it, it doesn't pass, and it's like we offer you everything', just like saying 'holy yours, you only have to say it'. Apart from the ways with which the lady turned to me (I highly hope not the owner), given my dismay, I wait for the total, hoping for kindness that I am also offered half biscuit. But nothing, a total, of a lunch I would never have done so complete had not been allowed to pay with tickets. What if I didn't have any money or the chance to pay it? It is not the 13€ in itself, but it is the incredible rudeness and rudeness with which, in particular the lady, turned towards me. Too bad, because it is a bar in front of the university with great potential, but with very little professionalism.
