Carlina Restaurant Bar - Torino

Staff are only interested in chatting to each other. More than happy to ignore customers. Good location and nice terrace.

The food was good for a restaurant, never mind one in a hotel. Both breakfast and dinner were good, although service at dinner was a bit lackadaisical.

I had the chance to enjoy several lunches and evening drinks at Carlina restaurant bar at NH Collections Hotel in Turin and each time it was a total delight. Being a hotel restaurant limits the place in terms of atmosphere as it needs to be part of the hotel property. Nevertheless, with the hotel garden and the closed off area in the winter, the restaurant still offers a sense of uniqueness which is to be appreciated. The cuisine is a classic Italian one, but masterfully blended with a modern touch and glimpses of fusion influence. It is a place where the pasta could surprise with spices and interesting taste. In conclusion, I was totally pleased with my several lunches and I could really recommend Carlina Restaurant!
