No words to describe it. Amazing food! One of the best experiences I’ve had in Italy. Simply Delicious and inventive food with a great service. A must!

Here you can find very peculiar dishes that you can't find elsewhere also for vegetarians. Special Italian wines red and white that you can taste also with a single glass. Friendly and kind service. Prices in line with the market or slightly higher. I suggest...to book in advance because is always full of people.

Piedmontese cuisine revisited wisely and creatively, really excellent, even desserts. very well made cocktails, wine card also provided with esters, only tips: to write which wines are bio or experimental because they are particular and not all appreciate

Wonderful discovery, original flavors of tradition with some dishes revisited in cosmopolitan key, excellent service lunch! a great experience! the chocolate and walnut of the desert chalice is incredibly delicious!

Consortium is a restaurant that will remain impressed. from the outside the windows do not allow to see the inside; but this gives a pleasant atmosphere of intimacy, if you have the right society. once you enter you are welcomed in the small room by the staff, always friendly and up to the height. the menu does not offer the variety of great chains, but this is definitely a force: a few dishes and research in compositions. difficult to remain disappointed by appetizers (I absolutely recommend the egg . the first were an amazing and pleasant experience, although the classics were perceived the touch of the chef. I recommend it? Yes, to come back!
