Du' Cesari - Torino

I had dinner with my family at Dù cesari on the occasion of the delicious gastronomic event 2022. What to say, absolutely great. the appetizer based on bruschetta with parsley cream and anchovies was a great way to start the meal; immediately after I took a carbonara that deserves to be called carbonara with the capital c: creamy, pepper to the right point and cook the perfect pasta. the lover, too. my parents then got the tripe, which they enjoyed very much, while I liked being surprised by the meatballs that, believe me, do not forget easily. everything was seasoned with a convivivial and relaxed atmosphere. small but rather intimate place. I recommend it! excellent value for money.
