The waitress has a warm and caring attitude , excellent customer service!Still enjoy the same cake (orange chocolate truffle )after 30 years!

This restaurant only accepts cash or debit payments, and you must spend at least $25 to use a debit card. There is also a minimum charge of $5 per person. Unfortunately, the service falls short of what you would expect from a café in Toronto. On the positive side, the ambiance is pleasant, and they feature live music on Saturday nights, which was the highlight of our visit.

Cake quality has seriously declined over the years. We bought the chestnut explosion cake on Monday and it tasted previously frozen. It was so cold and stiff. The cake itself was very dense and dry and it didn’t feel like they used quality ingredients to make this cake. For the price, I would go elsewhere,especially considering I got a frozen cake.

I like their peach tart and coffee. Delicious. A little pricey. Quiet. Friendly service. They have a band playing popular music on Saturday nights.
