The outdoor seating at this restaurant is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean.

This location makes my hot mocha perfectly with thoughtful baristas, thank you for the sticker message in my drink today

I was planning to give a gift with a gift card, which is meant to express gratitude, but when I went to pay for the gift card, the cashier rudely informed me that they were out of envelopes. It was during my commute, and I didn't have time to get a refund or buy it elsewhere, so I ended up receiving just the card without an envelope. The way she spoke, without even considering checking in the store's storage for envelopes, was incredibly impudent and rude. I've never encountered such a disrespectful cashier at Starbucks before. It seems like she needs service training.
