Starbucks - Toronto Canada

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks in Toronto, primarily because of the outstanding customer service. Leila and Jin are both fantastic baristas with exceptional customer interaction skills. Leila always greets me with a smile and takes the time to ask how I’m doing, remembering the names of regular customers. Jin also has a cheerful demeanor and regularly checks in on my day. These two truly excel at their roles and make each of my visits to Starbucks enjoyable. The rest of the staff is great too; I have no complaints about the service or the coffee! My orders are always correct, and the service is consistently top-notch. I absolutely love this place!

This location was the perfect cherry on top of our wonderful day, especially since it was our child's first Pride experience. You all helped make it a magical occasion — thank you! **Kid-friendliness:** The place felt safe, clean, and well-organized. The Pride community is already wonderful, and the staff here truly embodied that spirit. I felt completely comfortable bringing my child for their first Pride experience. **Wheelchair accessibility:** The restaurant is modern, with no steps and wide entrances, making it very accessible. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful as well.

Everytime I order four drinks through Doordash they send only two straws. How can I drink Frappuccino without a straw??

The staff is so lovely but there is something wrong with this location. They get your order right maybe 1/5 times. I work from home in the same building but go on a 20 minute walk for coffee every day in order to avoid this location.
