Aroma Espresso - Toronto

I am writing this review in the hopes that management will take note. I enjoy the food and coffee, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cool. However, I have a specific issue that needs to be addressed before I can give a 5-star review: Ritual orders are consistently not ready on time. Despite timing my arrival based on the app's estimated ready time, there is always a 10-15 minute wait. Even when I arrive late, the wait is still long. Sometimes, the food hasn't even been started when I arrive. I suggest adding 10-15 minutes to your prep time on Ritual to avoid these delays. I use Ritual at multiple places, and this is the only restaurant where this is a problem.

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and is a great place to enjoy a coffee and chat. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food may be a bit expensive, but overall it is a fantastic place to try out!

Food drinks were okay, a but overpriced. Arthur the owner killed the mood. Will be avoiding this place in the future.

Aroma, Bloor East, is a very nice cafe to sit and enjoy a great cup of coffee. The staff is friendly, they have some interesting art, and it's clean.

You guys should value when people come in your cafe. Service is pathetic. We showed our vaccination proof and told at the counter that we want to sit and we were served as take away and the lady told us accidentally he packed. I had to go and ask for ketchup. The burger is pathetic and absolutely not fresh. Worst place to be ...Not worth the price they are charging for there pathetic burger.
