Second (and last) experience: Tandoori Chicken that, according to their web page would be ''Quarter leg of chicken marinated in yogurt and an array of spices, cooked to perfection in our tandoor.'' Again, as dry as the sole of my shoes and non-descript veggies as an accompaniement. This time I had to return the naan, because they were totally undercooked. $12 for that: not ever again.
If you are an Indian Food lover, Bombay Bhel is a place worthy of consideration. the service is great, the food excellent, and the prices not at all expensive. Any Indian restaurant filled with Indian families must be good!
The lamb tikka was phenomenal. Quite impressed with the tenderness of the meat.We also had the chicken tikka masala and it was very tasty as well.it appeared that all the tables around us ordered the butter chicken so either it is very good or that is the only dish that people in Toronto recognize. The service was acceptable. Nothing spectacular but certainly adequate.Skip the masala chai.
I have butter chicken each and every time...don't know how the rest of the food is.
