Boston Pizza - Toronto

Everything we ate there was good! Pizzas, tacos and salads. Good service, reasonable prices and service. We visite Boston many times.

Visited this location with my grandson on a Saturday before four. Very few patrons at this time so staff was not busy. Many tables had crumbs on them or napkins on the floor, plates were stained with black marks. Upholstery was badly split, spewing stuffing...at several banquettes. Staff were friendly and checked on us appropriately but never offered to remove plates before bringing dessert. My grandson ordered Worms and Dirt for dessert (gummy worms and chocolate pudding). The gummy worms were so stale he could hardly bite pieces off. My wife and I ordered Cactus cut Nachos, an item we 've enjoyed at other locations, but were disappointed with this order. I have been in many other Boston Pizza locations and this one just didn 't meet the standards set by the others, it needs a lot of attention by the Boston Pizza management team. A good location but way below the Jim Treliving standard.

Decent food and service. Service was okay. Didn't really stand out but everything was as expected so can't complain.

Great place for lunch very nice staff take care of your needs. lunch is served quickly seating is comfortable

Service and food was great! The kids events are always a hit! Clean restaurant and very good for families. The bar looked with over 16 cold beers on tap. Very impressed!
