Bumpkin's Restaurant - Toronto

Beautiful people, great service, and if they are looking for food from a suburb mainstream 1970s cookbook, this is the place for them. Regarding the ambiente, it is convenient, but not intimate, and the best from a 1990s reno. straight ahead, it is expensive. when I spend this kind of money, toronto offers a great selection of incredible restaurants. the service was friendly and timely.

The service of the two waiters was very good and professional. the food was ok for medium. only a few tables were occupied, at a busy evening elsewhere in the opposite.

The restaurant was extremely quiet. The food resembled cafeteria food, and the $60 steak my wife ordered was the worst she had ever had. The menu presentation and food quality need improvement, as they do not justify the high prices. For half the price, we could have had a better experience at The Keg, but unfortunately they were fully booked at the time. A large menu with many options is not always a good thing. Frozen vegetables and bland roasted potatoes were not what we expected for a $40-60 meal. While I appreciate a simple meal of broth, butter, and potatoes, we did not pay for a Denny's-like experience. I hope this restaurant makes positive changes for the future, as I will not be returning unless significant improvements are made.

Such an incredible dinner. the food was delicious and the service was wonderful. hidden gem in the city. will definitely come back!

Excellent environment and the server was very attentive to our needs. Owner came over to ensure everything was ok with our meal. Have not had dedicated service like this in a while
