Cafa Boulud - Toronto

The service at this restaurant was lacking. The server initially told us the special was a shareable short rib, but then later changed it to a non-shareable pork chop. She also forgot our drink order and asked us to remind her. Considering the prices and the fact that this is located in the Four Seasons, I believe customers should receive top-notch service from experienced and confident staff. I feel like I could have had a similar experience at The Cactus Club for a fraction of the price. I will not be coming back.

Amazing food! The service was outstanding as well. Will return for sure.

Went for 3 course lunch. I would get the duck confit and the profiterole again. We also had the oysters, radicchio salad, and Grapefruit Givré. I was there to celebrate my graduation and they sent lemon madeleines at the end.

Tasting menu was very worth the price. However our seats were not very comfortable and very far back which made the experience slightly less enjoyable. Food and service was great though.

The tasting menu really surprised us! From our research we knew it was a good spot to try but as someone who doesn't eat steak as a go to meal, I was impressed and loved every bite of it. The chef really is a culinary genius, one of the best tasting menus I've had and would recommend to anyone.
