Café Cancan - Toronto

Everything was enchanting, from the bartender with a man bun who crafted fantastic drinks and shared intriguing stories, to the delicious food, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere. I will absolutely return and highly recommend this place. Our group of four enjoyed a delightful array of dishes, including the French picnic, escargot, steak tartare, duck confit, braised beef cheek, rabbit tenderloin, a steak, crème brûlée, coffee cake, and the chocolate bar. Each dish was the finest version I've tasted in Toronto.

We were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a tasting menu that isn’t actually listed on the menu. For the next two and a half hours, we indulged in an impressive selection of beautifully presented tastings. Most of the dishes came from the menu but featured Chef Adam's unique twist. He even came out personally to explain each dish, which added that special touch. The flavor combinations were absolutely incredible. As dedicated food lovers, we truly experienced a delightful culinary symphony. I just want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone for such an amazing experience. We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful evening at the restaurant for my birthday, and the meal was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they treated us to a lovely booth in the stunning flamingo room since it was my special day. I couldn't help but admire the beautiful decor—it was such a breathtaking place! I thoroughly enjoyed the oysters, scallops, and duck, followed by the opera cake and crème brûlée, which were divine. I highly recommend this restaurant!

12 courses. I am dead from eating one delicious bite after another. The service was awesome. The wine was great. At the end of our meal we had some strega and barely could walk our way to our Uber. Unbelievable. THANK YOU!!

Great food and beautiful ambiance. Be prepared to wait at least 30 min for bar spots for brunch! Definitely worth the wait.
