Faema Caffe - Toronto

It took a little while for anyone to notice us, but other than that the place was busy and the server was sweet.

I live and work in the area so I've ordered take out from this place numerous times from my workplace and the service there was always great until today.

The cafe is greatThe espresso machine store, on the other hand, could use some workGreat showroom, very well laid out and nicely designed.

This original Faema with the store above, with its open airy space serves good quick food such as pizzas, salads and sandwiches with a very good bar selection, and of course excellent coffee such as the pictured espresso macchiato

Cool place. Italian cafe. All the food I've tried has been good. Portions are large, lasagna is cheesy, pizza is fresh and they provide hot oil if that's your thing. And wash it all down with a silver chalice of mmmm gelato. it ain't Teroni's but it ain't trying to be. Simple Italian done simply. Can't argue with that.
