Fresco's Fish and Chips - Toronto

Yum. Now and then we need (chain food that is not exactly healthier. Heh ha. Sooooo....here we are. IF You will be in a bag of shame from a burger place, or deep fried fish and chips??? Do it right. Fresco does it... right. Perfectly broken, not too greasy (heh heh... only greasy enough! and the hand cut pommes are fantastic. All were hot on paper, in paper boxes. Fantastic. I'll come back if I don't test for cholesterol. You'll like it!

Fantastic and fresh. Great variety in menu,Great prices,Great food. Very recommended if you are in Toronto, come here. You make lunch specials! Great atmosphere. My favorite lunch spot, a Augusta Ave gem.

Came for what we thought was a market but this area is really an area of eclectic shops restaurants. My husband always likes fish places this restaurant looked good. Picnic tables outside large table window bar inside. Fish shrimp platter was...good. Fries are amazing. Courteous staff. Great value.

The food was very fresh at a good price. The staff is very friendly and the poutine is a must try. We also had the kale salad which was nice and light.

We planned to come here Good Friday after looking on Trip Advisor for a Fish restaurant and to be fair it did not disappoint. The food is cooked fresh and we all had Cod and chips although being British I would say it was fries...not chips but it was still really nice. Only disappointment was they did not do bread and butter or baps but again maybe a British thing.
