Feedback gevenWe had a fantastic experience overall at this restaurant. The owner, Farley Flex, stopped by our table to say hello.
The music is amazing, the food is delicious albeit slightly salty, but unfortunately, the service is lacking.
Perfect for a enjoyable evening out with adults. I haven't tried the dinner yet, but it seems promising.
This is a new restaurant but it's got a great team behind it - including Farley Flex. There are unique dishes that you should try. They also have an upstairs room if you want to have your own party. There is a bar area as well as tables.
A group of us went to Fuse recently to dine before seeing a concert. I had a Lobster Grilled Cheese (which comes with fries) and a Side order of fresh steamed vegetables. The Lobster Grilled Cheese was good but could use more lobster meat. The Side order of steam vegetables was very good. Fresh and cooked just perfectly. The owner of Fuse came by to our table to say hello and was very friendly. Overall, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. So far, so good. However, when it came to time to pay (we wanted separate bills), some of us noticed that the waitress has added an 18% tip (gratuity) to the bill WITHOUT alerting us when she took our order or brought us the bill. And that really made everything different. In my opinion, no restaurant has the right to add the optional gratuity on their own without first alerting its patrons. I'm more than happy to leave a tip, but please do not assume, and do not add it to the bill without telling us, for a couple of my friends added the tip a second time so paid 2x the gratuity.By all means, do try this place, but be very wary of one of the waitresses and pay attention to your bill before paying!
