Hero Certified Burger - Toronto

I ordered a classic burger from this restaurant but it came with no toppings like tomatoes, salad, or onions. When I called to complain, they refused to take it back or offer a refund. This is a scam! I will never eat here again and will report them to the authorities.

I always visit this restaurant when I'm in the mood for veggie burgers and poutine. I recently tried the salad wrap burgers and they were delicious! The service is always friendly and consistent.

I really enjoy the vegetable burger and the turkey burger at this restaurant. It's always a nice change to have a non-beef option. The sweet potato fries are cooked perfectly - soft on the outside and inside.

I was disappointed by the burgers. Just didn't have the taste or taste I was hoping. In view of the very good Burger places that have opened in the last few years in Toronto, plus the upgrades through the fast food connections, Hero just not...on.

Great service, the lady at the counter was very helpful when I told it was my first time. The burger was good, and very fresh.
