Didn't like this place. How to get such a high rating. Meals were terrible tasting. My family had to find food somewhere else. 4 people and no one wanted the food. Soggiest salad ever
We have ordered from here forever. Called 5:30 to order salad and pizza. They said they had made too much food and wouldn't make pizzas. I guess Covid-19 didn't hurt her business. Very disappointed by the attitude.
This restaurant in the centre of a Plaza dominated by Chris’ Jerk appears inconspicuous, next to Highland Creek by Stephen Leacock Community Park. It is fraudulently advertised as a pizza place at the north-preortan Franse of Scarborough; if they refurbished their branch although, Hunters on Huntingwood...can be consistently rated 5/5. Pizzas range in size $7) mini to $20 four topping) large, and the burger list is extensive. However, their Greek food fingers lick well. Chicken Souvlaki combo $15) contains generous Greek salad, rice, seasoned potato, cheese garlic bread and juicy chicken or red meat). Salmon is on request. Shepherd's cake costs $12. Many articles like Chicken Gyro-Poutine $10) will only be noticeable on the chalkboard. Everything is high quality homemade food, including the fresh Tzatziki sauce and soups. They will be too full to finish the whole meal. Service is friendly and prompt with credit card / cash payments, and there are no stairs or parking clocks to use - as in Greektown on Danforth. I would return with my Greek-speaking friends to this mother-and-pop diner-style facility. I'm not sure how cool it is in summer, but it was easy and cozy looking in autumn. Parking is free and table-seats available, but I recommend online or via the phone for departure... and save time in the line at this occupied plaza, not far from warden between Finch and Sheppard.
This restaurant is located in the Huntingwood Plaza on Birchmount and Huntingwood Drive. We ordered the chicken souvlaki dinner for $14.50 to go. The prices are reasonable. The waitress was friendly and we only waited less then 10 minutes for our food. There was around...6 potatoes, lots of rice and lots of chicken, large portions. The bread had melted cheese on it and we got a salad to go along with it. This had to be one of the better souvlaki dinners I’ve had in a long while. The restaurant looks like it’s a family run restaurant. The decor is a bit old fashioned. But I would eat from here again.
