However, my mood changed when I caught a whiff of a delightful aroma coming from Kanga, a local joint known for their delicious meat pies. Despite its humble appearance, the place was filled with people enjoying their pies, creating a cozy atmosphere. After some recommendations from the baker, I chose the Kiwi pie, which turned out to be a flaky, buttery, and flavorful delight. The combination of meat, cheese, and pastry was so satisfying that I didn't even need to add ketchup. I look forward to returning to Kanga to try more of their pies and explore the variety of flavors they offer. But for now, I highly recommend trying the Kiwi Pie at Kanga for a truly delicious experience.
Kanga is a take-out restaurant where you can find a variety of delicious options such as mushy brooms, meatballs, meat rolls, fries, and combo meals. The service is fast and friendly, making it a great spot for a quick lunch on the go.
I visited a restaurant located in Commerce Court for a chicken dish, but was mistakenly served beef instead. I only realized this after taking a few bites, as I have an allergy to beef. When I called to inform them, the manager showed a lack of concern and dismissed it as unimportant. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered to replace the dish, but this was not only a matter of allergy for me - it also went against my religious beliefs to eat beef. The manager needs to be more sensitive to customers' needs and should not take such risks with their health and convictions.
The pieces here are absolutely tasty, and they are also massif. went a little snack before my meal, I had my whole meal through eating more than a pie lol. I couldn't resist. in any case recommended.
Kanga was a minute walk from where we stayed on vacation. We decided to try it out due to the good reviews and we were not disappointed. The pies are small but filling. The service was good.
