Attending here with my mother - we do out best to go out and try the various and diverse cuisine options Toronto boasts.The Milagro is a wonderful spot for genuine Mexican Cuisine. With an extensive Tequila menu - you are certain to find your perfect taste of quality Tequila. The food we had here brought me back to my time in Mexico. It is flavourful and portioned well. I tried the enchilada trio - the De Mole was truly my favourite. I unfortunately forget my mother's choice but we did clear both of our plates. Oh and I cannot forget the guacamole - truly a great appetiser. If we are ever in the mood for Mexican we will be back for sure.

This is one for Mexican food lovers. Nothing on the menu is geared to the generic. Nothing inventive, perhaps, but classic dishes prepared well are wonderful.Salsa has the sweetness you'd expect, but with a wonderful earthy undertone of smoked peppers (other than the well-work chipotle). Queso fundido comes with fresh, well-griddled flour tortillas. Pintos refritos are superb, both creamy and toothsome.It does not have the interminable list of options that plagues some Mexican joints - perhaps only four or five formats (Enchilada, Burrito, Torta) each of which has a few variants. Each is good, and distinct enough to remind you that these are different recipes from different regions. Churros for desert were perfectly crisp without a hint of oil - generous, too. Boozy dessert coffees were a welcome cap on the meal.An extensive tequila list is on offer, though we didn't try it. Sangria was good. Servers were pleasant, but could have been slightly more attentive. Loud place, tough to have a conversation, but the food is excellent. A welcome addition to Mexican options in the City.
