Mt. Fuji's owners show care in their dishes by using organic seasonal greens and offering healthier brown rice. They also serve a mix of Japanese and Korean cuisine, with interesting fusion dishes like sashimi bibimbap and eel/bulgogi bibimbap. Overall, a visit to Mt. Fuji is worth it for those looking for unique and delicious food options.
This restaurant takes great care in preparing their sushi and other dishes, adding extra garnishes for a special touch. Occasionally, the sushi may have fillings spilling out or not be wrapped tightly enough, but the flavor is still excellent.
Small place but comfortable. Service is prompt and sashimi tasted fresh. Portions are generous and fairly priced. Would come back to try again.
The place is small but comfortable. The food was served very quickly. The service was good and the chef friendly and agreable. The food is fresh and delicious..maybe a little more expensive than what I would usually pay but not so much that I wouldn't recommend it. I had a very good dining experience.
