My friends and passed by and saw the A board with photos of their food and it looked delicious so we decided to eat here. We were one of two parties in the restaurant, but that didn't phase us what better than a private VIP experience? The waiter helped us order food and gave us good suggestions. When the food came out, the portion sizes were lrge and the food tasted sooo good. If you like the spicy chili oil flavor, you MUST come here!! It hit the spot. All of our friends left happy with full bellies : I recommend ordering the knife cut noodles, dumplings, pig ears, and beef tongue!
Decided to come here on a whim instead of a diff restaurant on the block and it was a great decision. The food was amazing and really hit the spot. My favorite were the skewers and pig ears, very flavorful. The owners were really nice too. Would recommend!!!
I’ve tried a number of Lanzhou noodles restaurants downtown and this is honestly the best one. Very generous portions and fairly inexpensive. I had the traditional beef ramen. The noodles were very chewy and well-made. The beef portions were good and delicious and vegetables fresh. The soup base was not extremely salty like everywhere else. High recommended.
I went to Lanzhou and travelled there with a native Lanzhou friend. I can say the with noodle and pork was equally good if not better at this place comparing to some big name places in Lanzhou.Just heads up that it's literally impossible to try Lanzhou quality mutton because the mutton was free-pastured in an area next to the desert. But the noodle is hand-made by a masterchef at their store and is amazing. You can see the chef making noodle while you're eating,To be honest, the customer service was too good that I paid a little extra tip.
