Noodle Me Wèi Dào Lā Miàn - Toronto

The noodles at this restaurant are fantastic, from the soup to the noodles to the beef and wontons. The noodles are made fresh to order by a friendly chef.

This Chinese takeout restaurant has become one of my go-to spots during the pandemic. Last year, with high gas prices, I didn't want to make the trek all the way to Spadina for Chinese food. We ordered lamb noodles, pork riblet noodles, and a sichuan beef appetizer. While enjoying the appetizer and waiting for our main dishes, we were pleasantly surprised to hear the chef making fresh noodles in the kitchen. I always knew this place was special, with its deliciously bouncy noodles, but I was impressed by the fact that they were handmade. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant!

The original noodle soup was incredibly delicious. The server, a lovely girl on Tuesday, was very enthusiastic and attentive.

I got the beef brisket noodle soup with hand pull noodles and it was really good. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the beef was so tender. We added a fried egg and it came in a heart shape so cute!
